About the job:
Wink Hotels is looking for a passionate and energetic Wink Experience Manager – F&B to lead our Wink Space (F&B) - Wink hotel Saigon Centre team. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, guest experience, and team engagement at the heart of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the F&B service
Ensure exceptional, playful, and personalized guest experience
Manage team schedules, performance, and on-the-job training
Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service
Handle guest feedback, drive WRL membership sign-ups
Support local activations, guest touchpoints, and community events
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
5+ years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Excellent communication in Vietnamese & English; other languages (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are a plus
Strong leadership, guest service mindset, detail-oriented and proactive
Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office
