Overall purpose of the job: The Beverage Master / Head Barista is responsible for overseeing the bar operations and supervising the bar staff to ensure they provide excellent and warm customer service experience. Moreover, he or she develops purchase and supply orders, checks in bar items, arranges inventory for daily operations and events and makes bar stock readily available for bar team.
1. Customer
1.1 Serving and presenting alcohol and non – alcohol beverages quickly and efficiently according to the Company’s standard
1.2 Being responsible for assigned bar sections including: providing table/buffet set up, stocking service stands, minor food warming/preparation
1.3 Ensuring that all customers are educated on our products and services
1.4 Taking orders and delivering of beverages to patrons
1.5 Clearing and re setting stations / drinking areas
1.6 Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service
1.7 Identifying customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
1.8 Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
1.9 Handling customer complains
1.10 Maintaining cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation
1.11 He/she is first and foremost responsible to develop new products
1.12 Following all the policies and procedures of the Company to ensure operations standards are consistent

10. Minimum 1 year of working experience as shift manager role in restaurant groups
11. Vocational diploma in: restaurant, hospitality management
