As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Assists restaurant administration team and provides scheduling of bar operations and preparations.

- Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all accounting records, financial reports, and internal controls in compliance with Hilton standards, ownership agreements, and local regulations.
- Ensure Compliance & Risk Control: Maintain legal, tax, insurance, and license compliance; ensure accurate balance sheets, contract management, and safeguard hotel assets.
- Deliver Strategic Reporting: Produce timely, accurate financial reports and forecasts; support business decisions with insights from KPIs, benchmarking, and variance analysis.
- Lead Budgeting & Investment Planning: Drive the annual budget and monthly forecasting cycles; manage capital planning, project evaluations, and post-investment audits.
- Optimize Cash & Cost Management: Monitor working capital, AR, AP, and cash flow; control costs through purchasing procedures and financial risk management.
- Develop & Lead the Finance Team: Recruit, train, and mentor team members; provide financial training across departments and promote a high-performance, collaborative culture.

- At least University degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting & Management or any other Accounting qualification.
- Finance / Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/ CPA.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial operational and 5 years of experience in accounting role.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to meet business needs
- Possess system skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA / OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
