- Arrange, maintain and update a fulfilling and administration system including hard copy and electronic filing system of personal records, personal files of all Host, HODs, managers and expatriates in a confidential and safe way as guided and required by the HR Manager.
- Maintain a systematic filing for all incoming and outgoing documents
- Prepare all personnel reports and correspondence as required by HR Manager
- Update and keep employee records in check
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: Minimum 1 year human resources experience
Can use English both written and verbal communication
Good teamwork skills
Good communication, problem solving, decision making & well-organized
Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases
