1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
● Understand local talent supply and demand dynamics and develop hiring plan together with business and HR.
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies and employee administration in order to ensure business objectives.
● Implement sourcing strategies through the use of various and creative sourcing channels and vendors
2. C&B Management:
● Control C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll, labor contracts, delivery of C&B programs, labor issues or disciplinary process, internal & external labor reports.
● Ensure C&B practices respect local labor law and the policies of company.
● Cooperate/communicate with all departments to convey company’s regulations/policies and ensure the implementation
3. Team Support & Development
● Managing training for new hires and ensure adequate cross training among the team.
● Manage knowledge base build-up and highlight gaps.
● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
● Nurture a positive working environment
4. Employer Branding
● Ensure a great candidate experience for both active and passive candidates and for referrers.
● Build a strong network and presence at relevant external events to strongly promote the whole company.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Experience as HR manager or HR Lead preferably Hotel Industry enabler environment. At least 3 years.
● People oriented and results driven.
● Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and training skills.
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
● Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
