Administrative Management:
- Assign and manage administrative tasks (rice, water, electricity, telephone, incoming documents, event organization).
- Oversee office equipment, headquarters, shuttle vehicles, fire protection, and guest reception.

Human Resource Management:
- Ensure the implementation of labor policies and social insurance.
- Manage and arrange human resources, determine recruitment needs.
- Organize the hiring of outsourced labor and cleaning services.

Training and Development:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to train and develop human resources to meet current and long-term needs.

Employee Benefits:
- Manage salaries, bonuses, periodic health checks, and medical care.
- Prevent occupational diseases and control epidemic risks.

Budget and ISO:
- Use assigned budgets efficiently.
- Maintain and manage the ISO QMS quality management system.

Compliance:
- Participate in professional and safety training and ensure compliance with environmental and labor safety regulations.

Related Tasks:
- Supervise outsourced units.
- Prepare records for foreign workers.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director.

**At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
1. Minimum qualifications: College or higher
2. Necessary certificates:Professional qualifications: major in law, human resource management, business administration, or related fields
3. Foreign language level: English (four skills, especially communicatation)
4. Necessary knowledge:
- Proficient in using Microsoft office, ERP software
- Understanding of personal income tax, salary calculation, bonuses, social insurance...
- Have HSE knowledge
- Essential skills for the job
