Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute effective staffing and recruitment strategies.Lead the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top talent acquisition aligned with company goals.Establish and refine employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.HR Policies & Compliance:Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.Oversee employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions to maintain a fair and compliant workplace.Stay updated on labor law changes and recommend necessary policy updates.Performance & Talent Management:Develop and execute performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, appraisals, and career development plans.Foster a culture of continuous learning through training programs and leadership development initiatives.Compensation, Benefits & Employee Engagement:Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.Design and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, recognition, and workplace satisfaction.

- Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational companies or health & wellness industries.- Language & Communication Skills:Fluent in Vietnamese, English (both written and spoken), Chinese is preferred – a must for effective communication with regional teams.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to work with diverse teams.- Technical & Leadership Competencies:Deep understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation structuring.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs.
