The purpose of this position is to assist management of facilities account in developing procedures and operational guidance for the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program. This includes contributing during the planning phase and overseeing the execution, control, and monitoring of these procedures to ensure alignment with client and local HSE requirements.Duties & Responsibilities:• Assist in the development, revision, implementation, and review of site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Management Systems, programs, standards, and initiatives to meet local regulatory requirements and client’s HSE requirement.• Conduct periodic HSE assessments with CBRE function teams and onsite contractors to identify gaps, create action plans and follow up for continuous improvement.• Monitor, report injury, illness, and incident-related performance within the account, ensuring all incident reports meet CBRE and client expectations.• Assist line manager to ensure HSE regulatory compliance within the account.• Promote safety consciousness among employees by conducting daily toolbox meetings with the frontline team, performing daily line walks, and communicating all findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible managers for timely corrections.• Review permits to work daily for all activities to ensure potential hazards and risks are under control.• Assist site managers and employees in HSE training and development, including awareness, behaviour, and HSE technical aspects to meet local regulatory, CBRE and client’s expectation. • Participate in risk assessments of routine and non-routine activities, ensuring compliance with permits to work for onsite contractors and function teams.• Review contractor method statement & control measure of projects under CBRE’s management.• Perform monthly facility inspection together with function teams follow CBRE checklist and guideline.• Assist in local HSE audits conducted by CBRE or clients.• Advise and participate as a member of the local Crisis Management Team or Emergency Response Team in case of critical or serious HSE incidents.• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in HSE or engineering, with Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience. If there is no related degrees/education, minimum of 03 years of accumulated relevant HSE experience. o Prior experience working in multinational manufacturing facilities, and/or FM service providers is preferred.o Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory health and safety, and environmental regulations is essential. o Willingness to commute daily to client site at VSIP 3 • Leadership: Proven ability to lead by example.• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
