Import & Export Operations Leader

1. Maritime Transportation Logistics• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of maritime transportation, includingshipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery.• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentationrequirements.2. Budget Management• Preparation and monitoring of budgets related to logistics and Global Business Part's allactivities.• Track actual expenses against budgeted figures and provide regular reports tomanagement.• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the logisticsbudget.3. Expense Management• Analyze costs, including transportation, customs fees, and Global Business Part's allactivities.• Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency.• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms withvendors and service providers.4. Support• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, including cost estimates and deliverytimelines.• Support activities for Sales.5. Planning Activities• Preparation of reports, presentations, and forecasts for senior management.• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.
