Investor Relations Officer

1. Board of Directors Liaison:- Act as the direct point of contact for the Board of Directors on matters related to investor relations, providing regular updates on investor sentiment, market trends, and shareholder feedback.- Coordinate with the BOD to develop and execute investor communication strategies, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and annual shareholder meetings.- Facilitate communication between the BOD and external stakeholders, ensuring that investor inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.2. Investor Outreach and Engagement:- Assist in organizing investor meetings, conference calls, and webinars, including logistical arrangements and preparation of materials.- Collaborate with internal team to develop investor targeting strategies and maintain investor databases.- Participate in the preparation of materials for annual general meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows.2. Market Analysis:- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide timely insights and recommendations to BOD.- Maintain accurate records of shareholder information, including beneficial ownership, proxy voting, and dividend distributions.- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on shareholder demographics, trading patterns, and investor sentiment.- Prepare materials for BOD meetings, including financial reports, market analysis, and investor feedback summaries.
