- Clearly define requirements for each project.
- Make a plan to collect business requirements, divide the work to be done among team members
- Analyze business flow and customer requirements.
- Record detailed customer business flow requirements (flow chart, BPMN, UML, SRS, story map, user story, BRD)
- Design mockups, prototypes (Design mockups, wireframes, prototypes via drawio, balsamiq or figma)
- Support the development team in the process of developing, testing the application, ensuring the project progress
- Develop user documentation and train end users.
- Monitor, exchange and receive feedback from customers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of UML (e.g. drawio), UI, mockups, prototype design tools
- Understanding Business Document BA
- Scrum/agile task management
- Have a spirit of learning, dynamism and responsibility at work
- Good communication skills, business analysis and logical thinking
- English communication
