IT Infrastructure Server and Storage Engineer – Work Onsite at Leading International Bank (HCMC)Company: TOPPA SolutionsClient: Leading International BankWork Location: Onsite – Ho Chi Minh CityEmployment Type: Full-time Labor Contract or ContractorPosition Level: Senior Engineer OverviewTOPPA Solutions is seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Server and Storage Engineer to work onsite at our client – a leading international bank in Ho Chi Minh City.The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, operating systems, and database environments.This role requires strong expertise in server administration, infrastructure architecture, security hardening, and virtualization technologies within enterprise or banking environments. Key Responsibilities• Perform end-to-end server administration, including:Capacity monitoringSecurity patch managementObsolescence managementPerformance tuningLog monitoring and analysis• Install, configure, and maintain servers for new environments, including:Red Hat Enterprise LinuxWindows Server• Ensure all server configurations comply with enterprise security and compliance standards• Implement and maintain server hardening practices, including:OS baseline configurationVulnerability remediationAccess control managementAudit policy configuration• Implement and manage backup, restore, and database synchronization procedures across multi-site environments• Monitor system availability, performance, and security• Design and implement IT infrastructure architecture for new projects• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues• Provide regular status reports and updates for IT infrastructure activities• Support infrastructure implementation and maintenance activities according to enterprise standards
