Senior Software Tester (Banking Domain) – Work Onsite at Top-tier International Bank (HCM)Company: TOPPA SolutionsClient: Top-tier International Bank (HCM)Work Location: Onsite – Ho Chi Minh CityEmployment Type: Full-time Labor Contract or ContractorPosition Level: Senior OverviewTOPPA Solutions is hiring highly experienced Senior Software Testers to work onsite at our client – a leading international bank in Ho Chi Minh City..The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of banking systems through comprehensive testing activities across the software development lifecycle.This role requires strong experience in enterprise banking environments, excellent analytical skills, and professional communication in English. Key Responsibilities• Create test scenarios and detailed test cases for new systems and enhancements of existing systems• Execute functional testing, integration testing, backend testing, load testing, and performance testing• Record test results accurately and prepare testing documentation• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools• Work closely with development teams to monitor defect resolution and verify fixes• Analyze defects to determine root causes and support quality improvement• Coordinate with Project Manager, Test Leader, and Business Analysts during planning and execution of testing activities• Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)• Maintain and update test cases to ensure full test coverage• Ensure all testing deliverables meet high quality and usability standards• Collaborate with developers, system analysts, and stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements• Prepare test reports and provide regular progress updates• Perform other testing and documentation tasks as assigned

Mandatory RequirementsExperience• Minimum 4 years of experience as Senior Software Tester• Must have experience working in a large foreign financial institution (Banking / Financial Services) Technical Skills• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and testing lifecycle• Experience in:Functional testingIntegration testingBackend testingLoad testingPerformance testing• Experience in accessibility testing standards is required• Experience applying Context Driven Testing is a strong advantage• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.) Education• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Language• Good English communication skills (mandatory) Soft Skills• Strong attention to detail• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong quality assessment mindset• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities• Self-motivated and able to work independently• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership• Ability to work effectively in enterprise and banking environments Preferred Qualifications (Plus)• Experience supporting UAT for banking systems• Experience working in international banking environments• Experience working with enterprise-scale systems Skill TagsPrimary: Software Testing, QA, Senior Tester, Banking Testing Secondary:Functional TestingIntegration TestingPerformance TestingLoad TestingBackend TestingAccessibility TestingUAT Support
