Key Account Manager - E-commerce

Account Management & Business Growth:• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and brandperformance on TikTok Shop.• Manage relationships with TikTok Shop account managers and keystakeholders to optimize brand exposure and campaign effectiveness.• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meetrevenue targets and business objectives.• Identify growth opportunities, including new product launches, promotionalactivities, and cross-selling strategies.• Work with enablers to manage sell-in and sell-out performance.• Work with platforms and enablers to develop, review, and monitor the JointBusiness Plan (JBP) on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.Marketing & Campaign Execution:• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, leveraging TikTok’s marketingtools, influencer collaborations, and ad solutions.• Work closely with marketing teams to develop engaging content and optimizelive-streaming strategies.• Collaborate with MCN (Multi-Channel Networks), KOC (Key OpinionConsumers), KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), and content creators to developTikTok content and push sales.• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to drive traffic andconversion rates.Operations & Performance Optimization:• Ensure smooth daily operations of TikTok Shop, including inventorymanagement, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination.• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, customerengagement) and implement continuous improvements.• Keep up with TikTok’s evolving algorithms, policies, and best practices to stayahead of trends.
