POSITION SUMMARY:
The Kitchen Admin provides the Executive Chef with administrative support relating activities, food safety, food ordering and general administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages outlook and appointment calendar and reminders
- Prepares and types correspondence and numerical/financial reports, as directed
- Prepares correspondence on behalf of management
- Duplicates, copies and distributes and mails material for the department/office
- Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
- Uses the property's email system and maintains their email box, as is policy
- Monitors food safety plans
- Food safety plan revision and submissions
- Carries out par-level food ordering
- Administrative work relating to event orders
- Any general administration as required

ABILITIES/ KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- University or College degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position / Kitchen Department
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficient in English/Chinese
