KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This position is necessary to support to Executive Chef in administrative secretarial tasks as well as kitchen/banquet, restaurant coordination.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
• Support to Executive Chef in administrative secretarial tasks
• Time attendance check for Kitchen Department in hotel time attendance software and prepare necessary documentation
• Take BEO, change log, and update Urgent BEO for Kitchen sections.
• Distributes daily departmental meeting information to concern outlets or people.
• Check the number of working days for casuals twice per month
• Keep the office neat and properly organized with an efficient filing system.
• Ensure all HACCP documentation is completed and filed in a methodic manner
• Ensure any missing HACCP documentation is reported directly to the executive chef – as soon as possible
• Drive completion of all risk management checklist within department in line with Hyatt Riskalendar
• Keep well groomed and with full uniform and when in public areas greet guests as per Hyatt brand standards.
• Keep an open, professional communication flow between associates, other departments and superiors.
• Contributes actively in the daily departmental meeting information to concern outlets, people or department.
• Ensure punctuality, grooming and hygiene is at the highest level and of professional business standards.
• Keep good positive communication with other departments.
• Keep the office neat and properly organized with an efficient filing system.
• Update all report as per request from upper Manager.
• Fully conversant with the English language. Good computer knowledge required. Creative and pleasant personality.
• Able to work longer hours if required.
• Good knowledge kitchen operation required.
