LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST/TESTER - ERP DOMAIN

Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) Design and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, integration, UAT and regression testing Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into system requirements and test scenarios Mentor BA/QA team members and establish best practices for requirements management and testing Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle from planning to defect resolution and sign-off Facilitate workshops with business users to validate requirements and conduct UAT Create traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases and business objectives Provide gap analysis between current processes and ERP capabilities Support data migration validation and system integration testing
