ABOUT LEGAL CONTROL/CONSULTING TEAM
You will work under Legal and Compliance Center - a supporting business unit to provide legal consultancy and assistance & control the compliance in all activities of FE CREDIT
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to prepare, draft and review contract and/or other legal documents relating to FE CREDIT’s operation.
- Assist to research legal issue and provide legal advice to business unit and/or other matter as required.
- Translate English/Vietnamese of Legal document, etc.
- Provide an update on and/or summary of changes in law regulation which relevant to FE CREDIT’s business.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3rd or last year University/College students, majoring in Economics, Audit, Management, Law, Finance, Banking, Trade, etc with GPA from 2.4/4, equivalent to 6/10
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English
- Active learner
- Able to work full time
