1. External Relations (30%)
• Manage the relationship between Lotte and relevant government authorities and partners also
• Keep correspondence with all key person in working network of Lotte Mall Hanoi project
• Update and capture personnel changes at government authorities.
• Carrying out and report on external activities at the request of the BOD
2. Leasing contract (50%)
Draft & give advice about terms & conditions in leasing contract
3. Licenses works (20%)
• Participate in the implementation of investment licensing procedures, business registration procedures for the project
• Involve in the implementation of procedures related to Land
• Involve in carrying out procedures to apply for sub-licenses for project operation
• Other tasks as required by Team Leader and the BOD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Law
· From 2-3 years working experience in legal field, preferred in-house legal roles or retail field
· Proficiency in English both verbal & written, Korean is a plus point
