Machine Learning Engineer (AI, Python)

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our MAP Custom Solution team and help build intelligent mapping applications.As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and deploy AI-driven models for geospatial applications, improve data processing pipelines, and enhance the accuracy of mapping solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, GIS specialists, and developers to create machine learning models that optimize routing, traffic predictions, geospatial analytics, and location-based insights. Responsibilities: Develop Machine Learning Models for Mapping Solutions: Design and implement ML algorithms for geospatial data processing, object detection, and pattern recognition. Apply deep learning and computer vision for satellite imagery analysis and mapping enhancements. Optimize Routing and Spatial Analytics: Build AI-driven models for route optimization, traffic forecasting, and navigation improvements. Develop predictive models for location intelligence, land-use classification, and anomaly detection. Process and Manage Geospatial Data: Work with large-scale geospatial datasets, including satellite imagery, GPS data, and LiDAR. Implement data pre-processing, feature engineering, and augmentation techniques. Deploy and Maintain ML Models in Production: Develop scalable ML pipelines for real-time and batch processing. Optimize model performance and integrate ML models into mapping APIs and applications. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with GIS experts, developers, and project managers to align ML solutions with business objectives. Ensure seamless integration of ML models with existing mapping platforms. Enhance Model Performance and Accuracy: Continuously refine algorithms to improve precision, speed, and scalability. Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune hyperparameters. Stay Updated on AI and Geospatial Technologies: Research the latest ML advancements and their applications in geospatial analytics. Apply best practices in AI ethics, bias reduction, and data privacy compliance.
