Key Responsibilities:- Manage Instagram and TikTok Channels: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on Instagram and TikTok. - Create and schedule engaging, visually appealing content tailored to each platform’s audience and trends. - Monitor channel performance, analyze engagement metrics, and adapt strategies to meet goals.- Run Instagram & TikTok Ads: - Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Instagram and TikTok to reach targeted audiences.- Increase Traffic & Sales: - Drive traffic to the company’s Instagram and TikTok profiles using organic and paid strategies. - Optimize social media profiles and content to convert traffic into followers, leads, and sales. - Track sales generated from Instagram and TikTok channels and adjust marketing efforts to increase revenue.

- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and TikTok channels for brands- Experience creating and running Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads with a track record of success.- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and ability to use data to drive decisions.- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.- Excellent understanding of trends, tools, and algorithms on both platforms.- Strong communication and project management skills.- Experienced in managing a team
