Manager, P2P Procurement Operations

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• 7+ years experience gained within in the Sourcing Operations space, in Procurement or Supply Chain Management• 5-7 years experience working with SAP or similar configuration and processes• Hands on experience with all modules of a Sourcing Operations suite (preferably SAP and Ariba) but focused on, but not limited to, spend analysis, E sourcing, contract management and Procure to Pay.• Tertiary qualification preferred• Very good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment.• People leadership with experience in coaching and building high performance culture• Analytical and problem-solving skills.• Possess an agile mindset in delivery.• Establishes relationships with cross functional teams.• Teamwork, Collaboration & Communication.• Solid judgment, reasoning and decision-making abilities.• Strong communication and influencing at a senior level • Strong Project Management capabilitiesTHE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
