The representative game is CROSSFIRE that world’s no.1 online FPS game with more than 670 million players from 80 countries, has surprising records such as having over 8 million concurrent users, has reached $10.5 billion sales revenue since its global launch. Smilegate VietnamEntering the Vietnam market from 2023, Smilegate Vietnam‘s mission is to provide stable development & operation of the Smilegate platform and services, expanding beyond the development center to the region and expanding into an Asian hub. What You‘ll Do Identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans.Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases / test scripts to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.Create and manage test documentation, including test plans, strategies, traceability metrics, test reports, and defect reports with risk assessments.Perform functional, regression, performance, usability, and end-to-end testing for new releases and change requests.Identify, report, and track defects effectively, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.Regularly update the test lead on progress and testing status.Analyze user scenarios to proactively identify potential issues and recommend enhancements for an improved user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and automation engineers, to drive continuous improvement in software quality.Conduct exploratory and user acceptance testing to validate the software meets business and user requirements.Support automation initiatives by working closely with the automation team to enhance regression test coverage.Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to optimize testing processes and improve efficiency.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.Continuously research and propose improvements in QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
