Tasks & Responsibilities:• Managing Tasks:• Leadership & Team Management: Lead the marketing team, ensuring effective task allocation and professional development.• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.• Team Leadership & Strategy Delivery: Contribute to the leadership and management of the marketing team, ensuring the successful delivery of both established and emerging marketing strategies.• External Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers as needed.• Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with various departments and partners to achieve marketing goals.• Marketing Tasks:• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance brand recognition.• Brand Management & Positioning: Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels and develop strategies for brand positioning.• Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, events, and partnerships.• Content & Creative Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, videos, banners, flyers, and standees.• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize advertising budgets on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and SEM.• Customer Insights & Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze customer data to optimize marketing campaigns and increase conversion rates.• Partnership Marketing: Develop and execute partnership campaigns with strategic partners, including banks, educational institutions, and agencies.• PR Planning: Identify, develop, and implement PR plans to achieve revenue goals and enhance engagement opportunities.• Marketing Materials Creation: Create marketing materials such as banners, videos, flyers, and standees.• Content Writing: Produce content for blogs and social media posts.• Article Research & Writing: Conduct research and write informative articles.• Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to support business goals.• Customer Journey Management: Develop strategies to create a consistent and engaging customer journey.

Must-Have Criteria:• Marketing Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.• Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading, training, and developing a marketing team.• Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to combine creativity with strategic planning for effective marketing campaigns.• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.• Data Analytics & Performance Tracking: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems.• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese for effective communication with domestic and international partners.• SEO Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive, "can do" approach.• Work Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.Good-to-Have Criteria:• Multi-Regional Marketing Experience: Experience in executing marketing strategies across multiple international markets.• Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple marketing projects and coordinating with various teams.• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.• Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders.• Innovative Marketing: Ability to implement innovative marketing strategies, especially in a fintech environment.• CRM & Automation Tools: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
