WHAT DOES THE JOB INVOLVE
Working with numbers, entering data into Google Sheets with Eye for Detail in an English environment.
Having good skills with Google Sheet and other G-Suite Applicaitons - especially understanding how to write accurate formula's with a medium to high complexity level.
Research and analyze data and generate reports based on IT.
Making business judgments based on complex combinations of data. Able to understand what data means in the real world.
Have a skillset relevant to Executive Assistant: service oriented, eager to learn, eager to help, flexible to switch tasks.

CONDITIONS:
Available to start a.s.a.p.
A 2-month trial period, after which we make a strong commitment to each other to continue further.
All communication is done in English.
Full-time work, 40 hours a week minimum, good availability during weekends / off days in case something comes up that requires urgent attention.
Further growth opportunities once you demonstrate your commitment to learning new skills and developing yourself.
Paid holidays, 22 days per year.
Willing to commute if needed
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Have your own laptop with high computing power and RAM.
Good English Writing and Speaking skills.
Skills in Excel, understanding and editing Excel calculation formula’s.
Have the skills and desire required to grow into a role where you manage other people.
Interest and/or familiarity with e-commerce, the Amazon.com platform, online product marketing, and using online tools to gather data.
Having the willingness and initiative to figure out new skills yourself before asking help.
AND having the courage and openness to ask for help and tell us what you do not understand and cannot yet do.
Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
Team player - online communication with the team on a daily basis.
Results driven and growth oriented.

NOTE:
This is a job at office, not remotely. (Note: during the Covid-19 Lockdown - you will need to work remotely from home. Once the lockdown ends, you are required to work from the office).
To compute your approximate travel time to our office, here is the approximate location: Đường Bến Than, ấp 2, xã Hòa Phú, huyện Củ Chi
