*Objectives of this role• Meet KPIs and Goals on a daily, monthly basis• Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff members• Increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory• Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a way that’s consistent with marketing strategy• Learn about the competitor market and consistently rise above through exemplary customer service and sales tactics*Responsibilities• Conduct outreach to prospective clients within various healthcare organizations and practices• Meet with current and prospective clients to identify their needs and present new/relevant products• Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas• Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database• Understand, believe and follow strict ethics and compliance code.

*Required skills and qualifications• One or more years of experience in pharmaceutical sales• Working knowledge of pharmacology• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Commitment to upholding our company’s ethical standards*Preferred skills and qualifications• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline• Network of contacts at local healthcare organizations• Knowledge of MS Office• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales• Strong organizational and time management skills
