• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies• Support the preparation and coordination of marketing and sales campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. • Documentation for relevant teams/ Follow processing and get approval from manager for ensure compliance and expenses tracking • Vendor management / Filing documents and keep on track.• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)• Assist colleagues whenever necessary• Create & present report for senior managers.
