About Role: This position will report to the Regional Manager – North Vietnam at both strategic and operational levels in creating a conducive platform aimed at enhancing member engagement and services. The incumbent will assist the Regional Manager in writing as well as planning and implementation of member events designed to enhance the value of membership. This will be a contract role for maternity cover until end of July 2025. Your key duties:• Lead all CPA and FCPA events and working with other team members in coordination/organizing events, be the host or the MC at sector events and other major events when required• Plan and execute member engagement activities and projects as required, i.e. Certificate Presentation Ceremony• Advise and support members on Membership processes as and when required in areas such as admission, advancement, readmission, rescission, reduction, instalments, enrolment to CPA Program (including Practical Experience) and other professional programs• Work with Marketing and Communication on reviewing weekly e-newsletter, speeches, insight news, social media contents and event promotional materials• Be attentive in identifying local business trends and competition, provide updates on market intelligence to Regional Manager• Assist the Business Development Managers in developing and implementing the Membership business plan• Support the Regional Manager in the writing and preparation of papers for the monthly reports and meetings• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or face-to-face channels relating to professional developments• Provide support to outbound phone campaigns in relation to member renewal, CPA Program enrolments or advancement
