MES & Process Optimization Specialist

ResponsibilitiesAs a MES & Process Optimization Specialist at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 3PM to 11PM Vietnam time.We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Specialist for Process Optimization and Digitalization of our production processes. In this role, you will be a key driver in modernizing our manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation. You will act as a critical link between production, quality assurance, IT, and engineering, working with both local and global teams. If you are a problem-solver with a passion for technology and continuous improvement in a regulated setting, we encourage you to apply. Main responsibilities:Manufacturing Recipe Management: Create, test, and manage manufacturing recipes within our production systems.IT Project Support: Actively support and contribute to a variety of IT projects related to our production landscape.Production Support: Provide first-level support to our production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with local and global teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Cross-Functional Interface: Serve as a key liaison between various departments, including Quality Assurance (QA), Information Technology (IT), Engineering, and Production.Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to support data-driven decision-making.Employee Training: Train employees on new processes, systems, and best practices.
