As a Business Analyst cum Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, and leading the end-to-end delivery of hospitality technology projects (such as PMS upgrades, Guest Experience Apps, and CRM integration). Business Analysis (40%)Requirements Engineering: Collaborate with Hotel Operations, Marketing, and Finance to gather and document business requirements (BRD, SRS, User Stories).Process Optimization: Analyze existing hotel workflows (Check-in/out, Housekeeping, F&B) and design optimized digital solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.Data Analysis: Work with data sets to provide insights into booking trends, revenue management, and guest behavior to support executive decision-making.Project Management (40%)End-to-End Delivery: Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors (Software providers, Agencies).Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential bottlenecks in the project lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Agile Leadership: Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives if working with an in-house tech team.Quality Assurance & Training (20%)Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets the business's quality standards.Develop training materials and conduct workshops for hotel staff to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management. Experience in Hospitality, Prop-tech, or E-commerce is a significant advantage.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong command of PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Clickup is a plus).Experience with Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL is preferred.Familiarity with Hotel Systems (PMS, Channel Manager, CRM) is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.A "Product Mindset": Thinking about the end-user (the guest) first.Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or CBAP certifications are highly valued.
