Middle/Senior Tester (QA QC, Manual/Automation)

TOPPA Solutions is seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Software Tester (QA) to work onsite with our global banking client in Hanoi.The ideal candidate will ensure product quality through systematic testing, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with both technical and business teams in a professional enterprise environment. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the full software testing lifecycle to ensure high-quality product delivery.Design, develop, and execute various test types: functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality.Optimize test coverage and enhance processes within both Agile and Waterfall environments.Participate in sprint planning and work with global teams to resolve issues.Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure.Analyze test results, produce test metrics, and prepare/present test reports.Communicate testing progress proactively and regularly to relevant stakeholders.
