Job Purpose: The Sell-Out Manager is responsible for driving retail performance and consumer sell-through at chain stores. The role focuses on store-level execution, promotion management, in-store display, and PC/SO staff engagement to maximize product sell-out.Key Responsibilities:• Partner with shop manager and area manager to design and implement effective sell-out strategies that drive product sales at retail outlets.• Lead planning and execution of retail marketing programs, campaigns, and in-store activations.• Manage high standards of in-store merchandising to maximize product visibility and appeal.• Track store performance, analyze sell-out data, and recommend action plans for continuous improvement.• Recruit, train, and manage in-store PC/SO staff to ensure consistent product knowledge and performance.• Coordinate closely with the Sell-In Manager to align inventory flow and promotional timing.• Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing team to tailor campaigns for the retail environment.• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and sales execution standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.• Minimum 5 years of retail marketing, trade marketing, or field sales experience.• Proven experience working with retail chains or consumer electronics/FMCG.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.• Willing to travel frequently to retail locations.
