- Managing, and developing the assigned client portfolio
- Communicating with B2B/direct clients, meeting their demands and requirements via social networks (such as Whatsapp, Skype, etc.), email, or phone.
- Understanding how clients think and adapting your ideas to suit their individual needs.
- Performing calculations and sending quotations.
- Creating tour programs based on client requests and adhering to the Sales Department's procedures.
- Advising clients and staying up-to-date with market news and upcoming products.
- Collaborating with departments such as operations and accounting to follow up and ensure the completion of created tour programs.
- Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) to boost sales.
- Attending team meetings, training sessions, and inspection trips.
- Continuously improving based on feedback.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese candidates only
- At least 1-2 years experienced in Sales inbound travel is required
- Excellent spoken and written in English
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Want to work as part of a small team with a desire to succeed and willing to learn
