- Works closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with inquiries, especially when VIP Guests, long-stay Guests, and others are in the hotel lobby.
- Review, analyze and suggest improvement of work flow and standards at the Front Desk. Communicate with Front Office Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issues.
- Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests' needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently, know how to conduct Night Audit process for the hotel.

- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures.
- Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similar sized property. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. An in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
