- Coordinate with 3rd party accounting firms and tax authorities for staff payrolls and employment labour contracts
- Settle and monitor monthly bills for all Office expenses
- Update monthly reports related to office expenses and HR
- Follow HQ HR tasks and implement for the Vietnamese office
- Manage office supply stationery
- Control Office petty cash
- Maintain record for staff sick days and leaves
- More responsibilities will be granted according to employee performance and seniority
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Preferably at least 2-years experience working in a foreign company in the role of HR and administration.
- University graduate majoring in administration/law/English
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Medium to high level computer skills e.g. ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs
- A strong ability for organising multiple daily tasks in an efficient manner
- Good personal communication skills in the area of dealing with relevant third parties and customers
- A flexible and positive attitude to the job
- High attention to details
