Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Automate and support deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
Monitor infrastructure performance and system health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.
Manage and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
Collaborate with developers to ensure resilient, scalable, and cloud-native deployments.
Assist in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews related to infrastructure.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and infrastructure security best practices.
Write and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and system architecture.

2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Basic understanding of Kubernetes (e.g. Helm, kubectl, kustomize) or strong interest to learn.
Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, systemd, and shell scripting (e.g., Bash).
Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience writing and managing Terraform or Ansible configurations.
Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong communication and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Nice to Have
Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.
Familiarity with managed databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud IAM/security best practices.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments and sprint-based deployment cycles.
English is not required, but proficiency can be a plus — even in salary considerations.
