- Overall responsibility for outlet business performance in term of strategy and operations.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning.
- Maintain sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
- Coordinate the activities of the outlets staff to deliver quality product and service to restaurant customers.
- Deliver the best service to our external and internal customers.
- Ensuring food cost, beverage cost and all expenses are well managed in order to optimize profit for ownership.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Professional knowledge: Must be very organized, able to prioritize task. Service excellent courses. Wine, spirit basic knowledge. Dinning etiquette. Culinary courses and seminar
2. Language skills: Excellent command of English. Cantonese is a plus.
3. Character: Tenacious, self-motivated and highly energetic; Strong results orientated disposition. Good in health.
Qualifications
College graduated; hotel or food & beverage related diplomas.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of service manager experience.
