Operations and Maintenance - Building System/ Infrastructure

About the Role:• As a CBRE O&M Technician_Buildings, you will be responsible for the maintenance work of Buildings (including in: (1) Civil; (2) Structural; (3) Architectural & (4) Floor, Wall, dock & doors; etc.) at the manufacturing plants.• This work is part of the function of the Engineering and Technical Services Department. They are committed to providing maintenance works (including in: (1) corrective maintenance_CM; (2) autonomous maintenance_AM; (3) preventive maintenance_PM; (4) predictive maintenance_PdM; etc.) to keep the system operating in the best condition to ensure the plant's usage needs.What You’ll Do:(1) Perform all maintenance tasks (including in CM; AM; PM; PdM; etc.) of Buildings such as (1) Civil; (2) Structural; (3) Architectural & (4) Floor, Wall, dock & doors; etc.(2) Participate in investigation/troubleshooting team for any issues/problems related to Buildings.(3) Supervise 3rd parties; contractors in carrying out maintenance works/tasks under the service contract.(4) Respond quickly to emergency situations by matrix to resume Buildings back to normal condition in commitment time (complied with service level agreements_SLA matrix aligned with client).(5) Plan for management, use and preservation of tools and materials to perform the work.(6) Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.(7) Other tasks will be assigned later.
