- Prepares and presents a wide variety of baked pastries, yeast raised pastries and desserts
- Handle all aspects of the pastry production, ordering and proposes new ideas to improve and develop the pastry in the hotel
- Prepares and presents afternoon tea items
- Maintains hygienic standards and practices
- Be responsible for handling and storage of commodities
- Works with Executive Chef in manpower planning and management of the Department's budget
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3 – 5 years experience in Pastry & Baking or Culinary skills, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Degree or Diploma in Pastry & Baking or Culinary Skills or related field
- Good communication in interacting with customers, employees and the third parties
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
