- Make timesheets according to regulations or available forms of enterprises.
- Set up allowable levels of salary advance for employees according to % of monthly salary or according to the individual value of each employee's money.
- Make advance payment tables and advance payment slips according to regulations or available forms.
- Receiving advance information and processing salary advances for employees upon request.
- Manage information about monthly salary advances of each employee and the whole enterprise.
- Build a salary period according to criteria such as salary type, working hours, start and end date of the salary period.
- Calculating the income or deduction of salary at the end of the period for employees.
- Calculating salary, calculating salary and deductions according to salary.
- Build a detailed salary scale for each employee based on employee salary information, salary period information and time sheet.
- Periodically perform the task of calculating salary for employees based on timesheets, bonuses, allowances, deductions (social insurance, PIT, etc., if any) according to regulations.
- Manage incomes other than salary for year-end PIT finalization.
- Periodically make timely and accurate salary payments to employees according to regulations. Calculating and allocating accurately and to the right subjects salaries, deductions for social insurance, health insurance, and trade union funds.
- Make periodical reports on salary, social insurance, health insurance and trade union expenses according to regulations.
- Update new income calculation parameters when employees are promoted - increase salary, apply salary calculation at the end of the period for employees
- Inspect and monitor the observance of policies and regimes on labor, salary, social insurance, health insurance, and trade union funds; check the use of salary fund, social insurance, health insurance, trade union fund for employees
- Store relevant accounting data, books and vouchers according to regulations
