Given our significant growth and development of Payroll service, we are seeking Payroll Specialist in HCM Office. The position will be responsible for efficient payroll, personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labour, tax compliant service to clients from various industries. We are searching for candidates who are expected to handling client’s assignments in relation to HR & payroll talks as below:
• Prepare and obtain tax codes, SI books, HI card;
• Carry out the procedures of social insurance with the authorities
• Assist Clients in the preparation of labour contract
• Register the dependent persons of the employee to the local tax authority
• Monthly payroll calculation other payroll-related tasks
• PIT calculation, PIT monthly report, PIT yearly finalization for local & expatriates staffs
• Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduates
• Delivers the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable
• High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive
• Excellent understanding of labour and personal income tax in Vietnam
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, training, and mentoring skills;
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR & payroll jobs
• Computer literacy and good command of English;
• Proficient oral and writing skills (Vietnamese & English);
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
