Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in effectively managing the department according to established procedures, ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and hygiene quality in all assigned areas. Act as a replacement during the absence of the Executive Housekeeper to ensure all guestrooms are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards.
- Assign and inspect daily cleaning tasks in all areas; conduct regular inspections of public areas and staff working areas following established guidelines.
- Inspect storage areas, monitor the condition of machinery and equipment, and remind staff to perform timely maintenance and repairs.
- Organize periodic inventories of departmental assets and daily consumables; propose purchasing of necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for the Housekeeping Department.
- Perform room inspections and ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections in guest areas and public areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Hotel, or Tourism Management
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at hotels of the same standard
- Good communication skills in English and another foreign language.
