Renn Labs is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with strong project management acumen to lead the delivery of innovative, high-impact digital products in a fast-paced, global environment. This role goes beyond traditional product strategy; you’ll take ownership of end-to-end product delivery, coordinating across teams and ensuring that complex projects are executed with precision, on time, and on target. Given our global setup, you will also work closely and frequently with US-based stakeholders, often during evening hours (Vietnam time), to ensure real-time alignment and decision-making. THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE IN THIS ROLE
Drive product strategy and own the product delivery lifecycle—from idea to implementation, rollout, and iteration;
Lead project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder updates, ensuring all teams remain aligned on timelines and outcomes;
Conduct in-depth market research and user discovery to inform product direction and refine priorities;
Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, synced with business milestones and evolving market demands;
Translate high-level ideas into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories, managing the product backlog with clarity and discipline;
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to scope, estimate, and deliver features efficiently;
Define and monitor key success metrics, using data and feedback to inform iteration and continuous improvement;
Work hand-in-hand with marketing to craft effective go-to-market strategies and user communications;
Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive cross-functional accountability to keep sprints on track;
Proactively identify blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks that may impact product delivery;
Cultivate a culture of ownership, delivery excellence, and continuous learning across teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAXIMIZE IMPACT IN THIS ROLE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus;
Over 5 years of a proven track record as a Product Manager or Product Owner at various levels, demonstrating success in overseeing, expanding, and shipping tangible results;
Extensive hands-on expertise in developing comprehensive product roadmaps, meticulously managing product backlogs, & prioritizing features based on customer value and impact;
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability;
Strong project management skills, with experience driving cross-functional delivery in high-stakes environments, and fluency in Agile methodologies and tools;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Intensive ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints in decision-making;
Deep understanding of user experience principles and prototyping tools;
Preferred work experience in international and fast-paced environments;
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and data-driven products is preferred;
Must be comfortable working closely with US-based stakeholders, with frequent evening and potentially regular night-shift hours (Vietnam time) to ensure real-time collaboration and alignment;
Last but not least, with an eagerness to learn and a startup spirit at heart, this role provides extensive exposure to AI-driven product development, offering a pathway to advance in the future of technology.
