Content Strategy and Planning
Be the market guru, identifying US customer trends, consumer preferences, and competitor move
Mastermind go-to-market digital/ product marketing strategy for selected products that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in
Content Creation and Distribution
Oversee the production of top-tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw-dropping websites
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital/ product marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results
Analytics and Performance Optimization
Keep a keen eye on digital content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions
Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Graphics and Video teams, and other creators to make visually impactful content
Collaborate with in-house teams to make sure selected product features meet industry quality standards; marketing collaterals align with market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to track, analyze, and report on sales, advertising metrics and KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.

Education Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism & Communications, Linguistics, or related fields.
Graduated from top-tier universities in the field. Preference for candidates from FTU, NEU, Diplomatic Academy, Academy of Journalism and Communication.
International university graduates are a plus.
Strong academic performance (GPA > 3.0).
Work experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in digital/ product content marketing
Experieced in managing a team of 7 - 10 people
Proven track record of creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies for digital or physical products.
Experience in e-commerce/ facebook ads or as a retail/ e-commerce shop owner is a plus
Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creatives, product, and performance marketing teams.
Aptitude for turning data into actionable insights
People Management & Team Management
Ability to formulate strategies & execute plan from given business objective
