1. Production Planning:- Develop and implement production plans to meet our sale demands and deadlines.- Maintain a detailed record of each production request, including specifications, deadlines, and any special requirements.- Oversee yarn purchasing, knitting, dyeing, printing, sampling, production processes, and inspection.- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.- Monitor and track the progress of production programs and take necessary actions to address any issues or delays.- Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues or delays that may arise during the production process.2. Sourcing execution:- Analyse new product request from R&D team and start end-to-end sourcing projects including product match assessment, price negotiations, contracts.- Follow up sourcing activities to ensure on-time delivery of orders.- Keep tracking on sale volume of the product and proactively expand sourcing scope to ensure capability of order fulfillment from suppliers.4. Supplier Identification & Evaluation:- Source potential suppliers/factories in China through market research and network outreach.- Develop criteria for vetting new suppliers on production capabilities, quality systems, lead times, etc.- Assess supplier facilities and conduct capability audits.
