The Product Support Admin performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
- In charge commission & subvention payment with dealer: check and send conciliation report to dealer, raise & follow up payment request.
- Raise cooperation contract with dealer on Lotus system, follow up reviewing process with relevant departments to provide the final approval version for sign-off to Partnership Development Dept.
- Create and maintain dealer and product master data on Sales Finance portal regularly to assure smoothly operation of sales finance product.
- Coordinate with relevant department for testing and preparing to launch new campaign.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms.
- Other tasks assigned by Department Head to achieve business goals from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience of administration task especially in HR or finance team is more favorable.
- Expertise in spreadsheets, computation skills Ability to write comprehensive reports.
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
- Proactive responsible, attention to detail and a good team player.
- Attention to details.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
