I.Job Description: Responsible for overseeing all factory production operations, including managing production staff, supervising production lines, and ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and efficiency according to plan.II.Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing the Organizational Human Resource Structure- Manage and develop the workforce within the production workshop.- Oversee the planning and development of the human resource structure, aiming for a workforce of approximately 30 employees (currently 20 in place).2. Develop Operational Mechanisms- Establish and implement efficient operational mechanisms for workshop activities.- Finalize and enforce standard operating procedures, job standards, and work instructions.3. Organize and Manage Production Activities- Apply modern manufacturing methodologies to ensure the highest product quality.- Collaborate with external partners for training and to enhance production management processes based on Japanese standards.4. Supervise Equipment Maintenance and Workplace Safety in the Factory- Set and monitor the production target of 1,000 units by 2025, with 300 vehicles completed to date.- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for all machinery and production equipment.- Review and approve repair and replacement requests for equipment and machinery.5. Coordinate with External Partners- Work with technology partners to optimize and modernize production lines.- Implement advanced technical solutions, including robotic painting systems.6. Collaborate with the Design Department- Lead the finalization of new product designs and models.- Collaborate with technical departments and executive leadership to facilitate the transfer of electric vehicle manufacturing technology from China.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in manufacturing plants in Japan with certifications in production management.Skill:- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in English is an advantage.- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
