Production Staff (Engineering Level)

Summary of Job DescriptionThis position will conduct welding process supervision and workshop control, training and controlling worker skills, improve In-house Quality of Welding shops, and support to control sub-materials.Job DescriptionsMajor Duties: Supervisor of Production line (in charge of Welding shops)1. Support workers in working with A.O.S (Assembly Operation Sheet), W.I.S (Work Instruction Sheet) and Engineering documents concerned.2. Check worker operation as standard (using proper tool, record check sheets, follow up A.O.S, W.I.S, etc)3. Control of using sub-materials in Welding shops.4. Follow up and take actions to reduce MMO (Manufacturing Material Order) parts in Welding shops.5. Co-operate with the shop leader to follow up safety, 5S, company, and factory regulations.Minor Duties:1. Control of facilities and equipment in Welding shops.2. Making plan of maintenance for facilities, equipment in Welding shops.3. Study kaizens for Welding shops.4. The other assignments of the Manager or General Manager.
