1. Prepare monthly business performance evaluation and operational management reports for management reviews 2. Responsible for periodical financial analysis and forecasting. And work with operations to develop action plans for business operational and performance improvement 3. Prepare annual budget, financial target setting, financial metric design and performance measurement evaluation 4. Ensure integrity, accuracy and timeliness of the account report 5. Liaise with customers, account managers, project managers and business team to provide support on operational issues 6. Recommend appropriate business model, highlight identified risk to the management7. Establish an operation mechanism for business unit and be responsible for the business performance management of the end-to-end process ; including:8. Participate the annual business plan and yearly budget of the account , design the performance indicators/KPIs of the account, to support the decomposition of the business objectives from the representative office9. Organize the “one report and one meeting” of account, manage the task list and monitor the action for different indicators, in order to achieve the target 10. In-depth participation in the LTC process, providing comprehensive financial support, such as pre-sales estimation, review and optimization of financial terms, financial solutions design to support sales project decisions, and tracking SDT decision implementation11. As the partner of the projects, focuses on improving the quality of project management, and ensure key financial activities executed normatively, such as estimation, budget, accounting and Project performance analysis etc.12. Have an insight into the customer's strategy and business statement, to support business opportunities analysis. Find the pain points of customers' financial statement, and design the trading strategies accordingly to control customer risks; solve the financial problems with customer such as collection etc.13. Identify and manage the risks, including but not limited to business authenticity management, risk closure etc., to meet the compliance requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. At least 4 years of working experience in account management, project management, credit risk management and other related fields 2. Good command in English and Chinese3. Experience in Telecommunication or IT industry preferred 4. Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented5. Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent 6. Excellent command in MS Office. 7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
