Project Manager (Playable Ads Team)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of Unity Developers and Graphic Designers in the creation of high-quality playable ads. In this hands-on role, you will manage project timelines, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. You’ll work directly with marketing and product stakeholders to translate campaign needs into actionable tasks, aligning team efforts with business goals while maintaining a focused and productive working environment. This role is key to scaling our playable ad production and continuously improving internal workflows.Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage playable ad production from concept to delivery Coordinate tasks between Unity Developers, Graphic Designers, and external teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, HR) Break down creative briefs and technical requirements into clear tasks and timelines Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/scrum-style preferred) Ensure effective communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team Maintain a high-level view of ongoing workloads to prevent bottlenecks and resource clashes RequirementsTechnical Skills: 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech, games, or creative industries Strong organizational and time-management skills Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers) Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana Basic understanding of the creative and technical aspects of playable ads, Unity, or game development is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Nice to Have: Background in marketing, game development, or ad tech Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies Previous work with remote or international teams Knowledge of the Luna Playable Ads platform Who We’re Looking For: A problem-solver who takes initiative and keeps things moving A clear communicator who can bridge creative and technical discussions Someone who balances attention to detail with the bigger picture A team player who values collaboration, clarity, and results Benefits Salary is competitive & 13th month salary.
